There are 39 group homes in Milwaukee county with children in care without a family.
More than 2,000 children in Milwaukee county are placed in foster care at any given time.
What is Arukah Family Support?
A community of people helping remove barriers to allow families to continue their calling with hope and grace.
How does it work?
Pillar 1: Service projects (e.g. provides volunteers -organizing spaces, help with minor renovations, connect with contractors, yard work, small building projects (garden beds)
Pillar 2: Mentorship through biblical based support and prayer (men's fellowship groups, couples' groups, women's groups, family group gatherings)
